3: Accounts & Authentication
3.1 Discord OAuth: We use Discord OAuth for
authentication. We do not
store your Discord password.
3.2 Data Storage: Your Discord user ID, username, and
any
preferences you set are stored securely in our database.
3.3 Revocation: You may revoke OtterBot’s access at
any time via
Discord’s Authorized Apps settings.
4: Bot Usage Rules
4.1 No spamming or abuse of commands.
4.2 No attempts to exploit bugs or gain unauthorized privileges.

15.1 OtterBot enforces per-guild and per-user rate limits on commands
to ensure stability. Abuse may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

accounts.
16: Intellectual Property
16.1 All OtterBot source code, branding, and graphics are the
intellectual property of M1keOG unless otherwise credited.
16.2 You may not redistribute or reverse engineer OtterBot's source
code.
17: Experimental Features
17.1 Experimental features may be unstable and can be removed at any
time.
18: Support & Uptime
18.1 Community support is provided via our Discord server and may take
up to 48 hours for a response.
18.2 We aim for 99.9% uptime for core commands, but do not guarantee
continuous availability.
18.3 We do not offer refunds, credits, or compensation for any bot
outages or errors.
19: Automatic Updates
19.1 OtterBot will update automatically. Updates may include breaking
changes.
20: Third-Party Services
20.1 OtterBot uses third-party APIs. We are not responsible for their
content or uptime.
20.2 You must follow each API’s Terms of Service while using it via
OtterBot.
21: International Data Usage
21.1 Data may be transferred and stored in the United States. By using
the bot, you agree to this transfer.
